The vertical die casting technology of high manganese steel frog adopted by the

adjustment and pouring, the temperature difference of the liquid steel can be controlled in

defects incurred such as cavity shrinkage and looseness, etc. in the products. Because that
the pressure, flow quantity and flow velocity are in expected steady state, the quality
influences caused by flow and pressure fluctuations are avoided. Besides, vertical die
casting technology is adopted in this production process, which is convenient for the gas
discharge and beneficial to cast molding, increases the liquid steel pressure at the vertical
direction and improves the casting ability as well as feeding effect.
The high manganese steel frogs produced by the co***ny are divided into integral type
and combined type.
A. Integral type high manganese steel frog

shrinkage and cold shut and other defects exist in the interior, relatively fine crystalline

consistent property, etc.
B. Combined type high manganese steel frog
This structure is a modified form conducted on basis of integral type high manganese steel frog.
When the quick-wear tip part of the frog loses efficacy, only the tip part should be replaced.
